REALTOR® Membership Benefits

Tech Helpline – Do you have a computer that’s giving you problems? Or maybe you’re having issues with your printer. Calling your personal tech support team will save you time and money through easy, direct access to quality tech support and computer services. You don’t have to worry about number of phone calls or length of time per call! Support is available M-F 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. & Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mid America Regional Information Systems Multiple Listing Service (MARIS MLS) – Mid America Regional Information Systems provides the Regional Multiple Listing Service for the St. Louis, St. Charles, MarisLogoJefferson, Franklin County Associations, East Central, South Central, Pulaski County, Lebanon and Mineral Area Boards of Realtors.  This site contains information to help MARIS members achieve the goal of listing and selling real estate.

MARIS provides its members with a variety of products and services for some of the most affordable fees in the country. MARIS also provides FREE training for its members.

GE Supra Lockbox System – Supra is a secure, state of the art electronic Supra_web_140_RGBlock box system accessible from a variety of electronic keys. Homeowners are concerned about the security of their home and belongings.  Reassuring them that you have the most technologically advanced system for protecting their home is important to them. It provides details of showing activity with automatic email notification.

Networking Opportunities – The association provides many networking opportunities for members!  Members can participate in RASI activities such as monthly REALTOR® After Hours, an Annual Membership Meeting, our Holiday celebration, and the Installation Banquet.   your fellow REALTORS®.

Volunteer Opportunities – Get involved by serving on a committee!  Community Involvement Task Force, Education, Government Affairs, Member Services, REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). Serving others and your Association has a value all its own.

Political Advocacy – Our Government Affairs Director, Kyle Anderson, stays on top of issues affecting the real estate industry and the rights of private property owners by monitoring local legislative meetings and working closely with local, state, and national leaders to make sure new and existing laws and ordinances don’t adversely affect the public’s property rights.  Member donations to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) are instrumental to the success of real estate agents and private property rights.  Through RPAC, members have a stronger voice on legislation that affect the real estate industry at the local, state and national levels. Communications & Information – The Board’s Newsletter (RASI Weekly Note) is an email newsletter sent to your inbox every Monday. The newsletter contains information about upcoming meetings, events, and classes. We include affiliate spotlights and a section welcoming our new members.  It’s designed to bring you current information affecting your business in a timely fashion. Beyond the local, the state and national association provide daily, weekly, and monthly communications (even magazines) to keep you up to date on important issues and topics. Education & Scholarships – Regularly scheduled continuing education classes for license renewal are available at discounted prices to RASI members. Designation courses such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) are also offered.

Community Involvement – the REALTOR® Association feels very strongly about “giving back” to the community and plays an active role in supporting the communities within its jurisdiction through various activities that may include raising funds for local charities, hosting clothing, food, and school supplies drives, etc. Our members make a difference in the communities we live and work in by donating time and financial support.

Broker Owner/Manager Meetings – All Broker Owners/Managers are invited to attend these quarterly meetings which are geared toward brainstorming programs and activities for the members.

Keys to Success – Education programs available to members at no cost and designed to help sharpen professional skills. Knowledge and experience are the keys to successful real estate transactions.

REALTOR® Store – Conveniently located in the Association office, members can purchase real estate related items at great prices.

RASI Bucks – Distributed at the REALTOR® Store and various events and meetings. Redeem yours at the REALTOR® Store or use them toward registration for events. Each “RASI buck” holds the value of $1 (No cash value).

Awards & Recognition – Each year, the Association holds a member recognition banquet to present members with awards to honor their achievements.

Professional Assistance – A full-time professional staff is available for the Association and the MLS. IAR has a legal hotline to answer your Managing Broker’s questions regarding contracts.
